What we are looking for
Interest in construction and technology
We're looking for a Construction Robot Operator to introduce robots and automation to the construction industry in the UK, helping create affordable, beautiful, high-quality housing for everyone.
Over the last couple of years, we’ve grown our Amsterdam Operator team from 0 to 45. Many of these came from retail, hospitality and events. Some studied civil, mechanical or computer engineering and wanted to do something more practical with it. Others grew up on farms, or around workshops, and most are sporty. They all have one thing in common: they'd rather be hands-on outside than stuck behind a desk. If that sounds like you, you'll fit right in.
Self-starter with a product sense
You enjoy solving problems, and you like improving things — both on the construction site and in our software or robot.

This is what your working day looks like
Your working day starts at 7:00am directly at the construction site, together with our innovative masonry robots and the other robot and deployment operators. Every day is different: you control robots, prepare construction sites for deployment, and work with software and hardware engineers to continuously improve the robots.
