Founding Robot Operator, US
Help build beautiful, affordable homes. First US pilot: San Antonio, Texas.
Build beautiful homes again
Everyone should be able to afford a well-built home in a beautiful neighborhood. Our ambition is to help solve the housing crisis and bring beauty back to the places we live. We are developing robots that can make intricate, high-quality construction affordable at scale. As one of our first US operators, you will run those robots on site and help improve the system, starting with our first pilot in San Antonio, Texas. This is a full-time role. Training starts in Amsterdam, with costs covered by Monumental.

About Monumental
We want to build for the centuries. Our vision is to make high-quality housing affordable and bring beautiful, detailed buildings back to our cities and neighborhoods. We believe on-site construction robotics can make that craftsmanship possible at scale.
Founded in Amsterdam in 2021, Monumental develops its own robot hardware and software. Our masonry robots already lay bricks on projects in the Netherlands and the UK. San Antonio, Texas is the starting point for our first US pilot.
